Project Overview
Villa Palma Restaurant is located in the vibrant Sulaymaniyah district of Riyadh, near Tahlia Street, and stands as a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean architectural identity. Our role in this project was as the Execution Supervision Consultant, overseeing the construction process to ensure the faithful realization of the design vision with the highest standards of quality and precision.
Developed on a 2,880 sqm plot with a total built-up area of approximately 1,500 sqm across a ground floor, mezzanine, and upper deck, the project is organized around a central open-air courtyard inspired by traditional Mediterranean patios. A double-height main dining hall forms the spatial heart of the restaurant, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture, interior space, and experience.
We supervised the execution of the building’s simple cubic mass and its transparent street-facing façade, as well as the distinctive interior structural system composed of repetitive pyramidal arch units that define the project’s architectural character. Particular attention was given to construction detailing, material quality, and the integration of natural elements to ensure coherence between concept and execution.
Villa Palma exemplifies the value of architectural supervision as a bridge between design intent and built reality, resulting in a refined spatial experience and a distinctive culinary landmark within Riyadh’s urban fabric.
