Project Overview

The Taqeem Headquarters spans approximately 22,500 sqm and embodies an architectural vision that balances solidity and transparency. Our role in this project was as the Execution Supervision Consultant, overseeing the contractor’s works to ensure the precise implementation of the design intent while maintaining high technical and quality standards.

The building is characterized by solid primary façades that convey strength, security, and privacy—key attributes of an institutional headquarters. We supervised the execution of these robust architectural elements alongside carefully integrated glass façades that open the building visually toward internal gardens and courtyards distributed across multiple levels.

Particular attention was given to the execution of the vertical landscape system, where gardens and semi-private outdoor spaces are seamlessly connected to the interior office program. These elements enhance natural daylight, promote visual permeability, and support a strong connection between indoor work environments and nature.

Through close supervision of material coordination, façade systems, and construction detailing, the project achieves a refined balance between enclosure and openness. The Taqeem Headquarters stands as an example of how architectural supervision serves as a bridge between concept and construction, resulting in a contemporary institutional building that fosters productivity, wellbeing, and sustainable design within Riyadh’s urban fabric.
