Project Overview

Alfaris Mosque is located in Riyadh near King Abdul-Aziz Road and stands as a contemporary spiritual landmark. Our role in this project was as the Execution Supervision Consultant, overseeing the contractor’s works to ensure the accurate realization of the architectural vision with a high level of quality and precision.

The project is developed on a 3,880 sqm site, with a mosque building area of 1,900 sqm, and is defined by two 35-meter-high minarets that establish a strong urban presence. The main prayer hall accommodates 800 worshippers, supported by a shaded outer courtyard that allows for expansion, in addition to an upper-level prayer space and community-oriented facilities.

We supervised the execution of the mosque’s architectural language, which blends Islamic tradition with contemporary minimalism, including the distinctive glass cube enclosing the prayer hall and the repetitive arched units that define its identity. Particular attention was given to construction detailing, material quality, and the implementation of a predominantly white palette that enhances serenity and spiritual clarity.

Alfaris Mosque exemplifies the consultant’s role as a bridge between design intent and built reality, resulting in a refined spiritual environment and a contemporary architectural landmark in Riyadh.
